Value, built
on evidence.

As government-approved valuers, we believe a property valuation should make its reasoning clear. We connect site inspection, construction knowledge and the purpose of the assignment in one considered report.

Bank valuation assignments

Banks we work with.

  • State Bank of India
  • Canara Bank
  • Indian Overseas Bank

Our valuers undertake assignments for these banks. This is approved-valuer work, not an exclusive tie-up. Panel instructions and acceptance can differ by branch and assignment, so please share the bank's request letter before commissioning.

What we value

More than one kind
of property.

Different decisions need different valuation bases. Tell us who will use the report and why; we will confirm the scope before work begins.

01 / Valuation

Bank & mortgage valuation

Site inspection and property reports for lending, collateral review, home loans and loan top-ups, in the format requested by the lender.

02 / Valuation

Income-tax property valuation

Fair-market-value assessments of land and buildings for capital-gains and other tax-related questions, with the valuation date and purpose made explicit.

03 / Valuation

Land, plots & built property

Residential homes, apartments, commercial premises, industrial buildings and undeveloped plots—each assessed in its own market context.

04 / Valuation

Construction-stage valuation

Evidence-led assessment of work completed, remaining construction and stage-wise progress for owners, lenders and project teams.

05 / Valuation

Insurance & reinstatement

Building and construction-cost assessments to inform replacement or reinstatement discussions, where the insurer's required basis is confirmed first.

06 / Valuation

Estate & transaction support

Property-value opinions for inheritance, family settlement, purchase, sale or internal planning, subject to the recipient's required report format.

How an assignment moves

A clear trail from site to report.

01

Define the purpose

We confirm the property, valuation date, intended recipient and required report format before starting.

02

Inspect & research

The site, available documents, construction details and relevant market evidence are reviewed.

03

Explain the value

The report records its basis, assumptions, observations and conclusion so the reasoning can be followed.

Income-tax and other statutory uses may require a particular valuer qualification or prescribed format. We confirm this with you before accepting that scope; your tax or legal adviser should confirm suitability for filing.
