Refund & Cancellation Policy

This policy applies to all payments made to Castles Vastu Architect Consultant and Kysna Construction through the Platform, including online payments processed by Razorpay, bank transfer, and UPI. Where an engagement letter or booking agreement specifies different refund terms for a project, that agreement prevails.

• Advance/booking fees for design consultancy are refundable in full if cancelled within 7 days of payment, provided no site visit or drawing work has commenced.
• Once concept drawings, Vaastu analysis, or site visits have been delivered, fees for completed stages are non-refundable; unused stage fees are refunded pro-rata.
• Customised deliverables (3D renders, working drawings) already produced are chargeable in full.

• Cancellation before the site inspection: full refund minus payment gateway charges.
• Cancellation after inspection but before report generation: 50% refund.
• Once the report is generated and submitted to the instructing bank, the fee is non-refundable.

• Milestone payments (Kysna unit bookings) are stage-gated: a payment becomes due only after the previous construction stage is verified in the client portal.
• Booking amount refunds follow the unit booking agreement and applicable RERA provisions.
• Statutory charges already paid (stamp duty, registration, GST deposited with the government) are not refundable by us.

• Approved refunds are initiated within 7 business days of approval.
• Razorpay refunds are credited to the original payment method; banks typically take 5–10 business days to reflect the credit.
• GST already invoiced is refunded via credit note in the same tax period where permitted by GST law.
• Payment gateway fees are non-refundable unless the cancellation was caused by our error.

If we cancel a service due to our inability to deliver (staff unavailability, site inaccessibility attributable to us), you receive a 100% refund of amounts paid for the undelivered service, including gateway fees.

Please contact us before raising a chargeback — most issues are resolved within 3 business days. Disputes are governed by the same law and jurisdiction as our Terms of Service (Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh). You may also approach the consumer forum under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.

• We acknowledge every refund request within 48 hours with a decision or a request for more information.
