Terms of Service

By accessing or using the Castles Architects ERP platform (the “Platform”), including the client portal, field application, and public website, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you are using the Platform on behalf of a company or financial institution, you represent that you have authority to bind that entity.

Castles Vastu Architect Consultant (“Castles Architects”) provides:

• Architectural design, interior design, and Vaastu consultancy services.
• Property valuation reports for banks and institutional clients, prepared by IBBI/CA-registered valuers.
• A digital client portal for tracking project progress, documents, and invoices.
• Construction progress tracking with GPS-verified site photography (Kysna Construction).

• Accounts are issued by Castles Architects administrators. Self-registration may be restricted by role.
• You must be at least 18 years old and provide accurate, current information.
• You are responsible for safeguarding your login credentials. Notify us immediately of any unauthorised use.
• Employee accounts are subject to company HR policy in addition to these Terms.

You agree NOT to:

• Upload false, fraudulent, or manipulated site photographs or documents.
• Attempt to access projects, documents, or data belonging to another client or role.
• Reverse engineer, scrape, or disrupt the Platform or its security controls.
• Use the Platform for any purpose that violates applicable Indian law.

Field employees consent to the collection of GPS coordinates and timestamps embedded in site photographs, used solely for inspection verification and anti-fraud purposes as described in the Privacy Policy.

• Valuation reports are prepared following Indian Valuation Standards and the format prescribed by the instructing bank.
• Reports state the registered valuer's registration number and are signed by the responsible valuer.
• A report reflects the valuer's professional opinion as of the inspection date; it is not a guarantee of realisable price.
• Reports are prepared for the named instructing party and purpose only, and may not be relied upon by third parties.
• Completed reports are cryptographically locked; retroactive alteration is prevented and detectable.

• Fees are set out in the engagement letter, work order, or unit booking agreement for each project.
• Online payments are processed by Razorpay; we do not store your card or banking credentials.
• Invoices include GSTIN and SAC code 998312 (architectural & valuation services) with CGST/SGST or IGST breakdown as applicable.
• Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy at /refund.

All drawings, designs, 3D visualisations, renders, and reports remain the intellectual property of Castles Architects until fees are paid in full, after which usage rights transfer as defined in the engagement letter. The Platform software, branding, and content are and remain our property.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Castles Architects’ aggregate liability arising out of or related to the Platform or any engagement is limited to the fees actually paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses, or for delays caused by events beyond our reasonable control.

• We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these Terms, suspected fraud, or non-payment.
• Clients may request account closure at any time; document retention obligations (5 years for valuation reports) survive termination.
• Sections 5, 7, 8, and 10 survive termination.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts at Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms or the Platform, subject to any arbitration clause in the applicable engagement letter.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be notified via the Platform or email at least 15 days before taking effect. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
